Welcome to InterviewPanel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our recruitment services. By engaging InterviewPanel or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
## 1. Who We Are
InterviewPanel is operated by **Orangemint Technologies Pvt. Ltd.**, registered at A-1405, Bhartiya City, PH-2, FLR-14, T-A, Jakkur, Bangalore North, Bangalore – 560064, Karnataka, India ("InterviewPanel", "we", "us", or "our").
We provide AI-driven candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and screening services to help companies ("Client", "you") hire faster and more effectively.
## 2. Our Services
InterviewPanel helps Clients identify and evaluate qualified candidates for open roles. This includes sourcing from job portals, professional communities, and networks, AI-based matching against job requirements, and expert-led interviewing before a candidate is submitted to you.
Each candidate we submit will typically include a resume, screening notes, our assessment of fit, salary expectations, notice period, and background check results where applicable.
## 3. Fees
Our standard fee is **8.33% of the placed candidate's gross fixed annual salary** (equivalent to one month's salary), plus applicable taxes, payable only when a candidate we source is successfully hired.
Detailed invoicing and payment terms are set out in the signed Recruitment Services Agreement between InterviewPanel and the Client. In case of any conflict between this website and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will govern.
## 4. Candidate Ownership
A candidate we submit remains under InterviewPanel's ownership for **6 months** from the date of submission. If that candidate is hired within this window — for the original role or any other role at your company — our placement fee applies.
Ownership is generally determined by who engages the candidate first. If InterviewPanel is the first to speak with a candidate, we retain credit for that candidate even if you later receive their profile through another channel.
## 5. Replacement Guarantee
If a candidate placed through InterviewPanel resigns voluntarily or is terminated for performance reasons within **45 days** of joining, we will provide one free replacement for that same role, at no additional cost. This guarantee does not include refunds and cannot be applied toward a different role.
## 6. Non-Exclusivity
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our engagements are non-exclusive. You're free to work with other recruitment partners for the same roles at the same time.
## 7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat information about candidates, compensation, roles, and your business operations as confidential, and we expect the same in return. This obligation continues for 3 years after our engagement ends.
We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable privacy laws, using appropriate safeguards to protect it against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
## 8. Ownership of Materials
Resumes, screening notes, assessments, and other materials we prepare specifically for you belong to you. InterviewPanel retains ownership of its own tools, methodologies, and internal processes used to deliver our services.
## 9. Non-Solicitation
During our engagement and for 12 months afterward, neither party will solicit or hire the other's employees, consultants, or contractors without prior written consent.
## 10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid or payable to us in the preceding 12 months, except in cases of breach of confidentiality, data protection violations, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
## 11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days' written notice. Fees for candidates already onboarded at the time of termination remain payable.
## 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith mediation, and if unresolved, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
## 13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For any formal engagement, the signed Recruitment Services Agreement will always take precedence over this webpage.
