InterviewPanel ("we", "us", "our"), operating www.interviewpanel.in, provides candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment services to hiring companies ("Clients"). This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data of candidates, Client contacts, and website visitors. We only provide services to companies hiring for the Indian market. All final screening is done by experienced/domain-specialist human recruiters and not by using AI alone.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact & profile data: name, email, phone, resume/CV, work history, skills, and profile details you provide or that are shared with us.

• Sourced data: publicly available or professionally shared profile information from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals or by you directly uploading the information on our portal.

• Interview & assessment data: notes, ratings, and recordings/transcripts from screening and interviews conducted by our team.

2. How We Use Information

• To match, shortlist, and screen candidates against Client job requirements.

• To communicate with candidates about relevant opportunities.

• To share candidate profiles and assessments with hiring Clients.

• To improve our matching algorithms and service quality.

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Sharing of Information

• With hiring Clients, for the purpose of evaluating candidates for open roles.

• With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, communication, analytics) under confidentiality obligations.

• With authorities where required by law.

• We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain candidate and Client data for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or as reasonably required for legitimate business purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent to future contact, by emailing privacy@interviewpanel.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Where we source candidates via LinkedIn or other third-party platforms, our use of such data complies with the respective platform's user agreement and applicable data protection laws, and we do not scrape or store data in violation of those terms.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above.
